The items I received just didn’t work out for me. How do I return?

We want you to be thrilled with the products you receive from us, but we understand that sometimes it doesn’t.

You have 14 days from the time your package arrives to you to send back for store credit. All returns must be in new condition.

My item was defective. Now what?

You are responsible to notify us within 3 days from the time your package arrives to you to let us know of any defect or flaw with your items. After this time period, we can no longer accept a return or exchange.

See our Return Policy for more information. Please send us a picture and description to customerservice@modestmolly.com. If we still have that item in stock we would be happy to send you another one.

If we are all sold out of that item we will either give you store credit to try something new, or give you a refund per your request.

My tracking number says my order was delivered but I can’t find my package. What do I do?

This happens quite a bit. Don’t worry. A lot of times a package will be marked as delivered but not actually show up until the next day. So we ask that you give it 24 hours and see if it shows up.

If you have not seen your package within 24 hours then you will need to call your local post office and see if they can help you or file a claim with USPS.

Once all of these steps have been taken and if you are still not able to resolve the issue of the missing package we will be sure to make it right with you! We wish we had more control of what happens to packages once they leave our hands, but we don’t.

My item didn’t fit. I’d like a new size. How do I go about an exchange?

We treat an exchange just like a return. You have 14 days from the time it arrived to send it back. Once it arrives we will issue you store credit in the form of an emailed gift card. You can then use that gift card to buy the new size if it is still available. The sooner you can get it back in the mai,l the better chance you have of getting a new size. We do sell out of some items really quickly, so there may not be an opportunity for exchanging sizes.

I love a good deal. Do you have any coupons or deals going on? We love a good deal too!! The best way to hear about our coupons and deals is to follow on social media. Subscribing to our email list is also a great opportunity for deals!
