At Modest Molly we are on a mission to bring high quality fashion to women of all sizes and ages. We are looking for a part-time Retail Associate to help our customers find clothes that are both comfortable and make them feel beautiful. We’re passionate about helping others and are looking for someone with incredible customer service and work ethic to join our growing team. 

Retail Associate 

The ideal candidate is on-trend, fashion-forward, has a great personal sense of style and is client-focused. Our ideal candidate is reliable, professional, team-minded and has a positive outlook on life. 

Key Job Duties:

• Deliver exceptional customer care with the goal of building relationships that invite ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Opening/closing of the store by the following established protocol and best practices
• Ensure that the product presentation area is clean, safe and well organized
• Pull online orders
• Help with barcoding and Inventory
• Inspire brand loyalty with clients while maintaining company and brand standards

Necessary Skills and Experience:

• 1year relevant experience in a customer service environment, but willing to train someone if the fit is right
• the ability to self start and stay on task
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Knowledge of fashion trends and color schemes
• POS system experience
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift 20-30 pound boxes

Part-time position- We are looking especially for someone who can work during the day 9:30-2:30 a few days a week, must be able to work some Saturdays. Approx 12-16 hrs a week. Pay $11/hr or up DOE.
