At Modest Molly, we are on a mission to bring high-quality fashion to women of all sizes and ages. We are looking to hire an Office Assistant to help prepare and manage the amazing products we carry. We’re passionate about helping others and are looking for someone with incredible customer service and work ethic to join our growing team. 

Office Assistant

Part-time position working 20-25 hours/week   Potential Shifts would be 9:00 AM- 1:30 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM

We’re looking for an Office Assistant to support our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and be a self-starter. Working extremely efficiently and with high accuracy is essential in successfully completing the following tasks.

Key Job Duties:

  • Pulling orders for shipping
  • Processing exchanges/returns
  • Email correspondence with customers
  • Inventory management and control
  • Receiving inventory from suppliers 
  • Product descriptions on the website
  • Barcoding and prepping clothes for the shop
  • Assisting with retail open hours as needed

Necessary Skills and Experience:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience 
  • High School Diploma
  • Detail-oriented individual
  • Excellent time management
  • Extreme attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Self-starter
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Interest in fashion
  • Excellent customer service
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lb boxes on a regular basis
  • Reliable Transportation and consistent ability to work required shifts
